Work on large-scale urban design and master-planning projects of varying complexity, from idea to detailed design — residential, mixed-use and urban regeneration.
Graduation / Post-Graduation in Urban Design with an architectural background
Create reinforcement shop drawings using CADS RC or similar CAD programs, describing rebar and steel specifications for live projects.
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
Decorate interior spaces end-to-end — layout, colour, lighting, materials, custom furniture. AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or Illustrator required.
Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture
Administer Oracle databases with thorough knowledge of Oracle SQL — DDL, DML and DCL.
B.Tech / BE / MCA or similar
Champion site safety with strong knowledge of OSHA procedures and NEBOSH standards.
Any recognised degree; BE / B.Tech an advantage
