As a company, Adrak recognises the importance of building and maintaining a happy and skilled workforce which offers better productivity and quality. This is reflected in the modern, fully equipped camps that we have built for our workers at operational sites around the country. Facilities for recreation, leisure, entertainment and even sports are an integral part of our accommodation camps for staff and workers. The annual Company Get Together (CGT) is an event the entire Adrak family looks forward to. Inter House tournaments and art competitions will be held in the 3rd and 4th quarter of the year and a grand finale of CGT held in the first quarter of the subsequent year. CGT is a full day event with carnivals, dance, music and of course the annual awards ceremony. Staff and their family members participate in the events with a sense of togetherness.
