Al Adrak Trading and Contracting LLC partnering with Adrak Developers and Insight Engineering Consultants, on 12.06.2022 have commenced the construction works of community facility and labour accommodations at Khazaen Economic City, the Sultanate's largest public-private partnership project for the construction, management, and development of economic zones. The city is being built in Barka, South Batinah Governorate, and is strategically located near Muscat, the capital. The complete civil and associated MEP works with a total built-up area of 18,654.33 sqm are included in the current scope of works. This design and build project includes the development of labour accommodation, different commercial structures, as well as a mosque and an imam's residence, and has around 40% of the plot green coverage.
